Reaching Women and Families

The 8 Week Session serves as an introduction to Ministry of Mothers Sharing, a community-based peer ministry that has reached over 500,000 women and their families in over 100 dioceses since 1992. It was co-created by Paula Hagen OSB, Vickie LoPiccolo, and Patricia Hoyt based on the theology of Called & Gifted.

Enhancing the Christian Perspective
Using the book MOMS: A Personal Journal, each of the eight sessions begins and ends with a prayer ritual designed to enhance the Christian perspective on each of the following topics:

• Self-Esteem and Self-Acceptance
• Stress, Worries and Anxiety
• Everyday Spirituality
• Feelings
• Personal Goal Setting
• Expressing Values in Friendship
• Discernment of Gifts
• Celebration of New Beginnings

A $130.00 Beginner's Kit includes one of each book, a DVD, Music CD, and all the information needed to initiate Ministry of Mothers Sharing, plus ongoing personal consultation as you develop the ministry.
