Workshop I - How to Start MOMS in Your Community
This three-hour workshop provides an actual experience of MOMS by demonstrating the benefits of the ministry. It teaches participants how to introduce this ministry into their community, and how to establish a team of leaders who learn the details of initiating an initial 8 Week Session. Workbooks are used by participants.

Workshop II - MOMS Facilitator Training
This six-hour workshop gives participants an actual experience of an adult learning model, facilitating skills, “active” listening, discernment, the theology of MOMS, as well as the practical application of Called & Gifted in this ministry. Workbooks are used by participants.

Workshop III - Developing a MOMS Core Team
This three-hour workshop offers Core Team members the opportunity to develop team-building skills based on the servant-leader model. The value of clear job descriptions, methods of recruitment, how to discern, and mobilizing new members’ gifts are presented. Sample team meeting schedules, agendas, timelines, annual budget, and annual report to the leadership are taught. Workbooks are used by participants.
