SISTER PAULA HAGEN
“If today you hear God’s voice, harden not your heart.”
I have been blessed to be a Benedictine Sister for over fifty years. I was assigned to work with families in our Nursing Homes, a Children’s Treatment Center and in Parishes with my degree in Occupational Therapy. For thirty years I had the joy of creating and publishing Ministry of Mothers Sharing. My last five years with that Ministry, I served as the National Retreat Director.
I am currently blessed to serve as the Prioress of the Sisters of St. Benedict as we continue to discern God’s call to minister to God’s people in Community prayer, service and recreation.
We invite you to continue to seek news about our Benedictine Life on our web-site and in person. We look forward to your call at 651-777-8181 or your personal visit at 2675 Benet Road.
THE RULE OF ST.BENEDICT
THE RULE OF ST. BENEDICT
The Rule of St. Benedict serves as an invitation to open our hearts to God. It summons us to recognize our responsibility in the world and the proper use of resources. Above all, the Rule reminds us of the fundamental value of living our lives in search and service of God, preferring nothing to the love of Christ.
