Rebekah Taylor, Benedictine Associate

As a Benedictine Associate, I have found fellowship and purpose in the company of like-minded women. In our increasingly secular culture, it is not always easy to find companions who are devoted to Christ and the Church. Neither is it easy to find friendships formed upon shared values that go beyond the superficial. At St. Paul’s Monastery, I have been blessed with such connections, with Sisters and Associates alike. Whether we are praying together in Chapel, sitting around the campfire, serving others, studying the Rule, giggling over a game of dominoes, or mourning the loss of someone we love, we are aware of the precious gift of our bond. I am excited to see where God will take the Associates’ ministry in the future!
